DELIVERY
Please consider that it takes between 2 – 4 weeks for us to create HoC pieces from the day it was ordered (except weekends and National Holidays).The shipping takes between 2 to 3 days in Europe, and up to 10 days in the rest of the World, depending on the country.
Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.
RETURNS
Shipping/postage costs for returns are complimentary for Romanian customers. For International purchases the return must be supported by the customer. Please refer to our Terms&Conditions page for more information.
